Choose your Sunshine Coast pick-up spot and we’ll collect you and your group in our comfortable COVID-safe air-conditioned minibus. We’ll drive you in luxury for the short Sunshine Coast drive to Mt Tinbeerwah, where the experts at Grab Rock will lead you through an exciting two-hour abseiling session. You’ll learn the ropes (excuse the pun) and, under the guidance and safety of the team, you’ll find yourself abseiling down a 50-metre cliff face – which, not to put you off, is one of the world’s highest natural organised abseil! We KNOW you can do it.

Next, celebrate your achievement at the award-winning Land & Sea Brewery, Noosa’s original craft brewery with a relaxed surfing vibe and a damn good menu. Pair it with a beer tasting of Land & Sea’s unique artisan brews.

After you’ve had time to digest your delicious lunch we’ll transport you back in the minibus for the short drive to your next chunk of excitement, Noosa’s Ocean Rider exhilarating Boat Ride or Dolphin Safari adventure.

If you choose the Boast Ride, be prepared for lots of fun and laughter as Captain Nathan appears to be trying to dunk you in the ocean (he’s not – don’t worry). Hang on tight as he takes you on an adventure full of turns and general mayhem.

If you choose the Dolphin Safari, keep a sharp eye out for these incredible creatures. You’ll head down the Noosa River and out to the spectacular scenery of the Noosa National Park Headland. Your dolphin friends can turn up anywhere on your safari, and once you spot them you’ll spend time observing them doing their dolphin thing.

After your nautical adventures, we’ll collect you from Noosa Marina and drive you all back to your chosen drop-off locations.

Grab Rock Abseiling

Your exciting Sunshine Coast adventure starts in the morning when we pick you up at your chosen pick-up point. Our experienced driver will welcome you aboard our comfy, COVID-safe air-conditioned minibus. Buckle up, pick your playlist and settle back to enjoy the short drive to Mt Tinbeerwah where your hosts, fully qualified abseil instruction team at Grab Rock, will welcome you to the mountain and take you through a comprehensive safety briefing before thorough tuition in hurling yourself down a mountain.

The guides are amazing people – they’ll make sure that every person in your group feels comfortable and safe, and they cater to everyone: from adrenaline junkies to absolute beginners and people conquering a fear of heights. Don’t forget that you’ll have the most incredible views of the Sunshine Coast and hinterland, too.

Land & Sea Brewery

With all this excitement you’ve probably worked up an appetite and a thirst, so after your abseiling adventure, we’ll head off to Noosa’s oldest locally handcrafted brewery, the award-winning Land & Sea Brewery.

The Land & Sea Brewery is off the beaten track and it has a relaxed, informal vibe with surfboards and motorbikes to rev up the urban decor and some pinball machines to test out! It also has a secret – it’s not just about the beer as it distills craft gin, too.

With a core range of six specialist craft beers, you’ll find something you really really like. Choose the refreshing Socializer for a heady mix of lychee, white wine, and bubblegum (yep, this is still beer), or go Germanic with The Kolsch’s biscuity flavour and dry finish. And there are four other hand-brewed beers to sample, too. Soak it all up with a delicious lunch.

After a spell to rest and digest, it’s off to your next adventure, which starts down at Noosa Marina. If lunch has made you feel a bit zzzzzz then it’s time to perk up with the relaxed and fascinating Dolphin Safari. If you’ve still got some energy to burn off, then it’s the Thrill Ride for you.

Noosa Oceanrider

Your Boast Ride adventure starts with a briefing from Captain Nathan and then you’re off: you’ll start gently enough with a cruise down the picturesque Noosa River and onto the famous Noosa Bar, but once you’re on the ocean, it’s time to hold on tight! Captain Nathan will do his best to entertain you with his accelerations and turns, and you won’t know whether to laugh or cry, or both.

It’s a wild ride around the Noosa headland to Sunshine Beach and then back across Noosa Bar. You’ll have time to recover your nerves and pretend you didn’t cry with a relaxing cruise back up the Noosa River.

Your Dolphin Safari is far more sedate, but exhilarating nonetheless, with sea air, sparkling waters, great views, and some beautiful dolphin friends for company. You’ll head out down the Noosa River and around the Noosa National Park Headland where you can take in the spectacular scenery, including the Hells Gates, an awe-inspiring narrow rocky gorge. Keep your eyes open for sea eagles, ospreys, and pied cormorants and, from July to November, you may catch a glimpse of migrating whales.

The Noosa dolphins can pop up to say hello pretty much anywhere on the safari, so keep your eyes peeled! You’ll have plenty of time to spend observing these beautiful mammals before returning to Noosa Marina. After that excitement, we’ll be ready and waiting to collect you for your short drive back to your chosen drop-off location.
