A wonderful day full of historic information from our knowledgable guide Jeff. Thanks Jeff for making
our day fun and special for us. Lunch at Secrets on the Lake was delightful.
Very knowledgeable guide. Had a great day. Highly recommended. Very comfortable vehicle
We were fortunate to have our tour guide, Geoff, all to ourselves for the day so reaped the rewards of all of his knowledge of the areas and his enthusiasm for so many of the places visited. The damage to the area by recent bushfires and current flooding made us even more aware of the fragility of the area, with Geoff providing us with lots of background to the events. There were so many lovely parts to the tour that it is difficult to select just a few. However, some of the highlights for me were the walk through the rainforest ( and my encounters with little wallabies), the view though mist of the Glass Mountains, the clock shop in Montville and the delicious lunch provided in that town, the extra stop at the cheese shop ( and , yes, Geoff, we were able to bring our cheeses through customs without any problems!), together with Geoff’s almost inexhaustible supply of local folk tales and other stories. We thoroughly recommend this trip.
Geoff was polite and informative. The lunch was very delicious. The tour was interesting. If we had hired a car we could not have seen all the places and things that Geoff took us to in one day. Very adventurous and various activities. Thanks Geoff
Shorter time in Montville and more time at Mary Cairncross would enhance the tour in my opinion
