The price to charter a minibus and driver may vary depending on 3 main factors; distance travelled, pick-up and drop-off times and day of travel.
We offer two types of Minibus Charters, a regular Minibus Charter where the driver and vehicle remain with you at all times, or a Minibus Charter Transfer service which is a cost-effective point-to-point charter service.

Your vehicle & driver have been booked for a specific pick-up time for both the outbound and return transfers. If you are running late and your driver and vehicle are waiting outside, a waiting fee of $40 per 30 minutes may be incurred.
In some instances, the vehicle and driver may be booked for another job on the same day, therefore the ability to wait may not be possible.
A Minibus Charter Transfer booking is for single point A to point B journeys, additional pick-ups and drop-offs en route will incur a surcharge.

Our tours are not weather dependent, actually, the rainy days are always our busiest. All tours will depart regardless of rain or other weather conditions unless we are aware of conditions/forecasts that would make it unsafe.
Yes, for day tours we pick up from Beachside accommodations between Mooloolaba and Noosa. If you are staying in an AirB&B or with family and friends, please check if a door-to-door pick-up is possible before booking.
No, if you have paid in full and you have received a confirmation email, then there is no need to reconfirm your booking.
You must add special comments when booking if you require special dietary requirements. We will inform you in advance if a specific dietary request is not available.

Babies up to 6 months of age must be in an approved rear-facing restraint that is properly fastened and adjusted. We recommend babies stay in a rear-facing restraint for as long as their size allows.

Children—4 to 7 years
Children aged 4 years and up to 7 years may be in an approved child restraint that is forward-facing with a built-in harness that is properly adjusted and fastened. They may also be in an approved booster seat secured with an adult lap-sash seatbelt or a fastened and adjusted H-Harness

Children who are 7 years and over may sit in a standard seat with an adult seat-belt, or an approved booster seat/cushion secured with an adult lap-sash seat-belt or an H-Harness
Exemptions from complying with standard child restraint laws
Child restraints are not required on buses, trains or personalised transport services such as taxi, limousine and ride-booking services. A bus is a motor vehicle that can carry 13 or more people (including the driver). This applies to one (2) of our fleet vehicles – 13-seat minibus & 21-seat bus.
If a child restraint is in the vehicle, the driver is responsible for ensuring the child is restrained. If no restraint is in the vehicle, the driver is not responsible for the child being restrained.
Children less than 1-year-old can be held on the lap of someone 16 years or older. Children more than 1-year-old and less than 7 years old can be restrained using a seat belt (but must not sit in the front seat if the vehicle has 2 or more rows of seats).
Generally, no, our tour vehicles are not equipped to store wheelchairs due to limited storage space. Strollers are permitted onboard the minibus.

We’re happy to welcome children on board our tours. Children’s prices apply to all children aged 3-14 years.
Our touring vehicles have minimal storage space, any more than a small day pack is undesirable. Large bags, prams & strollers cannot be stored onboard. If you need to bring along any more than this, please be sure to let us know at the time of booking, as it may be necessary to purchase an extra seat to accommodate your luggage.
State legislation prohibits alcohol to be consumed in any of our licenced vehicles at any time. There is to be no open alcohol brought on the bus.
We require full payment 7 days before travel and accept all major credit cards or bank transfers. We can accept all major debit and credit cards from customers in every country in 135+ currencies. Credit card payments incur a 1.9% surcharge.
In line with the Hearing and Assistance Dogs Act 2009 certified guide dogs, hearing dogs or assistance dogs are more than welcome on board our vehicles.
The lead passenger confirmed in the booking is responsible for any damage caused to the vehicle as a direct result of your booking. Examples include vandalism, vehicle cleaning due to food or beverage spillage, bodily fluids and breakage of interior or exterior fittings.
A fee may be charged if damage or cleaning to the bus is caused. This includes body excretions and/or vomiting. A minimum will apply for excretions and/or vomiting clean-ups.
