Where do I begin. Jan picked us up from our hotel and I knew from the moment we met her we were in for a GREAT day. We felt so welcome and safe with her gentle reminder “seat belts on please”. Our trip ‘the scenic wine and food tour’ was more than we could have expected. Jans cultural knowledge was exceptional..the places we stopped for photos and walking through the rainforest area were just wonderful. The food & wine tour was 5 star…beautiful venues to experience tastings of chocolate, cheeses, wine and then a magnificent 5 star 2 course lunch…we did not want the day to end. I was in the travel industry for 40 years and I can honestly say Jan is an absolute credit to your company and I will promote Coast to Hinterland Tours to anyone who comes to the Sunshine Coast
We did the Scenic Food and Wine tour today with our guide Jan and a wonderful family from Norway. What a day! Jan was amazing, fun, and knowledgeable. Do this tour everyone if you have a day free. The wine, chocolate, and cheese tasting were great. the meal and hospitality at Secrets on the Lake were perfect, and Jan made sure we had time to tour the townships, spend time viewing beautiful scenery and we had the chance encounter paragliding launch. Honestly can’t recommend this company enough for a tour! I’ve done three with my friends now and every time it’s a blast! Just did a private one for my 30th and everyone loved it. Owners super friendly and helpful, drivers are so lovely and accomodating.
